• Payment service providers: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other payment partners receive only the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals securely.
• KYC and AML compliance providers: Third-party identity verification and screening services that assist sarapbabetv in meeting its PAGCOR-mandated KYC and Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
• Game content providers: Casino game providers (such as Playtech and others) may receive anonymised session data for technical performance and RNG audit purposes. No personally identifiable information is shared with game providers beyond what is required for the technical operation of their games.
• PAGCOR and regulatory authorities: sarapbabetv is required to report certain player information and transaction data to PAGCOR and, where applicable, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) under Philippine law. Such disclosures are mandatory and beyond sarapbabetv's discretion.

§8 International Data Transfers

Some of sarapbabetv's service providers and technology partners may be located outside of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction other than the Philippines, sarapbabetv ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the NPC, including standard contractual clauses or transfers to jurisdictions with an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the NPC.

sarapbabetv does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of protection without ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your rights and interests under Philippine data protection law.

§9 Data Retention

sarapbabetv retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your Account relationship with sarapbabetv, plus a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by PAGCOR's record-keeping and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC documents: Retained for the period required by PAGCOR and the AMLC, typically five (5) years from the end of the business relationship.
• Customer support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Usage and analytics data: Anonymised or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and Platform improvement purposes. Personally identifiable usage data is retained for up to two (2) years.

When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and there is no legal obligation requiring its continued retention, sarapbabetv will securely delete or anonymise it.

§10 Security Measures

sarapbabetv implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures include:

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by sarapbabetv:

6. Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Where you object to direct marketing, sarapbabetv will cease processing your data for that purpose immediately.

§12 Children and Minors

The sarapbabetv Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. sarapbabetv does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If sarapbabetv discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the minimum age, the Account will be immediately closed, the data will be deleted, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

§13 Third-Party Links and Services

The sarapbabetv Platform may contain references to third-party services, such as GCash, Maya, and payment processors, whose own privacy policies govern the processing of your data on their respective platforms. sarapbabetv is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services and encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you interact with in connection with your sarapbabetv account.

§14 Amendments to This Policy

sarapbabetv reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or sarapbabetv's data processing practices. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via the Platform and/or by email to the registered address on file.

The effective date of the current version of this Policy is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the sarapbabetv Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your Account and request deletion of your data as described in Section 11.
